Below are permits for contractors, building permits, zoning / special use, and floodplain. You must come in person with the filled-out application and additional documents to submit and to make a payment.
You have the option to submit your application / additional documentation to Ryleigh J at ryleighj@southhutchinson.gov prior to coming in to make payment – emailing will allow for the code enforcement officer to look over the information prior to you coming in, this way you can expedite your approval status.
